PART 1:

Take a deep dive into self-awareness to understand how you show up in life and at work—and why. This module is all about getting to know yourself so that you can best solve for the environment around you.
Recognize your personal values, conflict style, emotional intelligence, and life balance dimensions to empower and elevate your performance in all aspects of life.
Identify the type of environments and work that energize you, in order to design a personal and professional self-development game plan that brings you greater fulfillment.
Learn more about why and how you do things, to better understand your personality, improve your mindset, and reduce your barriers.
PART 2:
heyTEAM
Build out the technical foundations of teamwork to set your team up for long-term HR success. This module is focused on developing space, understanding, and compassion for everyone that makes up a team.
Working with other humans can be incredibly fulfilling—and extremely challenging. Uncover how connected teams gel, and dig into trust, power, accountability, and commitment.
Solid communication underpins all satisfying work lives. By recognizing what influences communication—and where it most often breaks down—we can set your team up for success.
