We’ll start by sending you a quiz about the current state of your People, Culture, and HR systems. Based on your answers, and a 1:1 consultation, we will provide a focused one-page summary of short-term recommendations and priorities.

OPTION B:
THE HUMANTIS PLAN

We will conduct extensive qualitative research, including in-depth interviews and focus groups, to build a holistic assessment of your current state when it comes to all things People & Culture + HR. We will then develop a custom HUMANTIS plan—your roadmap for a more human workplace.

Step 1: Where you are

We start by looking at your current organizational behaviour & culture, DEI and Human Resources work systems to understand where you’re beginning. Regardless of which package you’ve selected, I’ll share a form that helps me gauge your current state.

Don’t worry—I’ve seen it all. I will discuss what you’re doing right and what you could be doing better in and provide support to elevate humanity in your workplace. 

Spoiler alert: it won’t happen overnight. But it will happen.

Step 2: Where you want to be

Next, it’s time to link your root intent with where you want to be. Through my Intentification framework, we will identify what’s influencing this work and build out either a concrete game plan or strategies that strengthens the human connections in your organization.

We will co-crate the specific activities that must take place, establish target dates, and determine how you will measure progress.

We thoroughly integrate People & Culture + HR work processes, considering change management activities, project management tools, legislation, labour codes, and human behaviour theories as we build out your plan. 

In our final meeting, we walk you through your very own custom HUMANTIS Plan aligned with the goals of your organization and built for the humans who work there.
