We’ll start by sending you a quiz about the current state of your People, Culture, and HR systems. Based on your answers, and a 1:1 consultation, we will provide a focused one-page summary of short-term recommendations and priorities.
OPTION B:
THE HUMANTIS PLAN
We will conduct extensive qualitative research, including in-depth interviews and focus groups, to build a holistic assessment of your current state when it comes to all things People & Culture + HR. We will then develop a custom HUMANTIS plan—your roadmap for a more human workplace.
